White Apricot Seriously?! Roadkill Couture

We know it is wrong to wear fur, but is it any better to wear fur if the animal in question was not killed for its pelt, but rather repurposed from the side of the road?! British artist Jess Eaton seems to think so, and he has created his “Roadkill Couture Collection” from the skins, feathers, skulls and more of animals that were victims of hit and runs. SERIOUSLY?!

This is recycling at its worst. Eaton has created a rat skull necklace, a pheasant collar and other "couture" items from the carcasses of dead animals, found and presented to him by friends and other interested parties who support his habit. EWWWWWW!!!! This is more than just a little disturbing. What 's next? Possum purses? Squirrel socks? Cat Coats? News flash: Just because you didn't kill it for the pelt, doesn 't make this any less offensive. We think this critter couture collection should hit the road! www.eatonnott.co.uk
